Refund Policy

At Triny.io, we aim to deliver products that help businesses automate conversations, boost conversions, and provide seamless customer support across WhatsApp, web, and voice. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your experience, we’re here to help.
1. Free Plan & Trials
We offer a Free Plan and/or limited-time Free Trials for most of our services, including AiSensy, AiTimey, and AiJenny. We encourage users to explore the platform and test its functionality before subscribing to a paid plan.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel during the trial period without being charged.
No refund is applicable for usage on the Free Plan or after trial expiry unless you’ve upgraded to a paid plan.
2. Paid Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a paid plan, your billing is processed automatically based on the selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
We generally do not provide refunds for:
Unused days in an active subscription cycle
Downgrades made after the billing date
Feature requests or customizations not included in your plan
Accidental purchases or failure to cancel before renewal
However, exceptions may apply under the following cases:
✅ Eligible Refund Scenarios:
You were charged more than once for the same service.
You were charged despite timely cancellation (with proof).
There was a platform failure or critical technical issue that significantly impacted usage, and our support team couldn’t resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Your registered email and company name
Payment date and transaction ID
A brief reason for the refund request
All refund requests are reviewed by our billing team. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Pro-Rata Refunds & Plan Cancellations
Triny.io does not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
You will not be charged for future renewals.
Access to features under the plan will stop after expiration.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our support team first:
Your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned.
We encourage open communication — let us help resolve the issue before you go that route.
6. Third-Party Payment Processors
All payments are processed via trusted gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same channel and may be subject to their processing times.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
