2. Acceptance of Terms

To access most of our services (e.g., dashboard access, CRM, chatbot building), you are required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Promptly update your account information if there are changes.

• Notify us immediately at gautam@triny.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your login credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features or services may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Payment terms, billing cycles, and fees are communicated at the time of subscription. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Free Plan: Triny may offer limited-feature plans that are free to use. We reserve the right to modify the features of such plans at any time.

• Refund Policy: Unless stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsatisfied, you may cancel your plan, but no prorated refunds will be provided.

• Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes, including GST or VAT, based on your billing region.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to Triny.io and its products — including software, UI, content, design, text, graphics, branding, trademarks, and logos — is owned by Triny (AiSensy Communications Pvt. Ltd.) or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without prior written consent.

Third-party brand names (like WhatsApp, Google, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

8. Content and Data Responsibility

If you upload or input content into our platform (e.g., chatbot messages, contact data, customer info), you retain ownership of your content.

However, by using our Services:

• You grant us permission to process and store that data solely for the purpose of operating our platform.

• You confirm that you have legal rights and necessary permissions to use, upload, or distribute such content.

We are not liable for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized use of content uploaded by users.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services if:

• You violate any terms of this agreement.

• Your usage poses a risk to our systems or violates platform integrity.

• Required by law or court order.

Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you under these Terms will end.

• You may lose access to your account and its content.

You may terminate your account anytime by emailing gautam@triny.io. Please backup any data before requesting deletion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Triny.io offers its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• That the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

• That the Services will meet your expectations or yield specific business results.

• That the Services are free from viruses, malware, or harmful components.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triny.io and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data

• Unauthorized access or use of your data or account

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to Triny in the past 12 months, or ₹10,000, whichever is lesser.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triny.io, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Any content or data you upload that infringes the rights of a third party

Our Services may contain integrations with or links to third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, Google).

We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party platforms is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, or any other competent court as decided by Triny.io.

• If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15. Data Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge our data handling practices as outlined in that policy.

16. Feedback
